This was our second time using Advantage For a residential project and it was a great reminder why we are repeat customers! Brian and his team are timely, professional, responsive and provide great value. I appreciate that leading up to the install he was consistent in communication as we worked our schedules and worked around the weather. They got the job done in one day, and it looks great. I also want to highlight the small touches that differentiate their work ethic. We had a falling tree bend a gutter. While fixing the roof, the team bent it back into place, and we hadn’t even said a word about it. It is this work ethic and attention to detail that sets apart Advantage to us. We strongly recommend them for your next job.

We had a GREAT experience with Advantage roofing. They worked very quickly to get our roof done and were very clean and professional. I highly recommended.

Brian and Duke made several trips out here and diagnosed/fixed problems other roofers missed, and were open about what they could and couldn’t fix. When it was time to replace the whole thing they had a fair price, showed up in good time, and had it done in a single day. Can’t ask for more than that!

Brian and the workers from Advantage were helpful, knowledgeable, and fair during the entire roofing process. Beginning with a hands on inspection and estimate, to fitting me into the schedule early, to cleanup around my house, everything was done quickly and professionally. They were available to answer all of my questions and go above and beyond what I expected from a contractor. By dinnertime I had a beautiful new roof and you couldn't tell a work crew was even there the clean up was so thorough. We are so impressed with Advantage Roofing’s work, price, efficiency and professionalism! Brian was a joy to work with. We just had our roof replaced last week on a house that we are moving into. We got multiple quotes and his was not only the most affordable, but he used the same high quality materials and unlike other companies, did not pressure us to go with him. Because we were in negotiations to buy a house, we needed an estimate immediately and even though he had a full schedule, he took the time to quote us within 24 hours of calling! Their work was fast (done in less than a day on the date we scheduled), and they were clean and left absolutely no signs that they had even been at our house (except for the gorgeous roof and sign out front). Brian immediately contacted us the day of when they found additional work to be done and presented us with all of our options, including less expensive and optimal appearance options. He had zero hidden fees and we we are just so pleased with our beautiful roof!!!

This by far is the best company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. The owner Brian is the definition of a professional and what a professional should be. From the owner to the wonderful project manager Chris, to the workers, each one where fabulous, on time n completed the job in one day. 3 bedroom rancher, breezeway, garage n family room addition Skinned, some repairs n shingles!! They cleaned everything up when done. They gave us the best price as well. My cousin who’s a builder would only recommend advantage roofing and now so will I. My roof and gutters look amazing, everything was cleaned up and put back in its place including my cable dish which is on the roof, Brian (owner) is very professional and gives reasonable prices. I would highly recommend Advantage Roofing

Just had our roof replaced by Advantage Roofing and could not be happier with the results. The owner came out personally to give us an estimate and explain the process. The price was competitive, the workers were courteous, and the job was completed on time.

I have given Advantage Roofing, and its owner Brian Speyer, a 5-star rating because they truly deserve it..From the moment that Brian came out to look at my roof and bid the job, until the last time he walked out of the door, he was professional, congenial, and truly wanted this customer to be happy with the quality of work that his company provides. Before we both signed off on the completed project, there was an issue that took several returns to make it absolutely correct.. Brian came to my house each time to oversee the fine details, and in the end, was up on the ladder correcting the problem himself. I am, admittedly, a picky customer and working with Brian was easy because he wanted me to be happy from start to finish. He takes great pride in his work and the work of all of his employees. I would recommend him highly to anyone who has any type of roofing issue or needs a full roof replacement. It was, in the end, a very satisfying experience for me.

First, the quick responses by Advantage Roofing each time we contacted them and the great communication throughout the entire process stand out as exceptional.
